All the industrial and intellectual property rights of the web pages presented in these domains, as well as the elements that contain these pages (which include, among others, texts, animations, images, sounds, audio, video, documents or software), either taken individually or jointly, they are the exclusive property of 120VOLTS or are offered under the appropriate authorizations of the titular authors, as a consequence of the agreements signed with third parties. Therefore, all contents (texts, graphics, photographs, logos, icons, images, graphic design, software, etc.) are subject to intellectual and industrial property rights, and protected by national and international legislation.

Each product offered by 120VOLTS is assigned a price to the public, which may vary without prior notice. These prices include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. The User can select the shipping address that he prefers, as long as it is within the service coverage of 120VOLTS (Spain and France, except islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
The User can choose one of the following forms of payment to pay the amount of their orders: Credit card. 120VOLTS does not store confidential information of credit cards under any circumstances.
In case of a specific situation of registration, purchase and / or return not detailed in this document, 120VOLTS will exercise the role of arbitrator to determine the procedure to be followed in favor of the two parties (company and User).

RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
As established by the regulations, the consumer and user is informed of the existence of the right to withdraw from a contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1 / 2007, of November 16, whereby the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users is approved. However, in relation to the products marketed in cousalut.com, this exception will be subject to the exception established in Art.103, section d) of RD 1/2007, of November 16, by which approves the referred text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
The cancellation and consequent refund of the amount of any order that has entered into production will not be accepted (valuation right exclusively reserved for 120VOLTS).
EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
120VOLTS is not responsible for the fulfillment of delivery dates in case of holiday eves, and / or any other situation beyond 120VOLTS that may disturb the correct management of shipments. 120VOLTS reserves the right to non-compliance with the deadline set for delivery due to special causes arising from possible situations that go beyond the procedural standard.
If the User is not in the shipping address, the User must contact 120VOLTS to arrange the collection of the goods or specify a new shipment. From the moment of the delivery of the order, the USER is solely responsible for the good maintenance and conservation of the products.
120VOLTS is not responsible for the loss or transfer of your access data on the web, so it is the sole responsibility of the USER to protect your account, as well as all the elements that comprise it.
Neither 120VOLTS, nor its employees, will be responsible for any type of damage, losses, claims or expenses of any kind that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns, line overload, disconnections, delays or blockages in the use, motivated by external causes, as well as damages that may be caused by third parties through illegitimate interference. The use of the Web constitutes a warning to any User that these possibilities may occur.
The User undertakes to hold harmless 120VOLTS, for any damage, loss, sanction, expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) or civil, administrative or any other kind of liability, which may suffer 120VOLTS that is related to the breach or partial or defective performance by you of what is established in these General Conditions or in the applicable legislation, and, especially, in relation to your obligations related to the protection of personal data collected in these conditions or established in the development regulations.
